We are professional manufacturer of electrical transmission power pylons used in high voltage AC and DC systems .
Heigth from 9m to 100m
Transmission Power Pylons Voltage from 10-1000KV
The transmission power pylons meet ASTM Standards,GB/T standards and related standards .
Steel grades
Tower legs: Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 50
Others members: Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36
Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394
Dimension and tolerance for angle : GB/T1591-1994, Equal to EN 10056-1/2
Hot dip galvanization: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123
The welding :AWS D1.1 or CWB standard
If the thickness of the material not less than 5mm,The min average thickness of the galvanization of transmission power pylons is more than 86um.
Type test and preshipment test is accepted .
If needed ,we even can supply an engineer for help installing the transmission power pylons.
