1. Production decription
Communication towers transmit signals such as radio, TV, cellular, microwave, paging, messaging, public safety, wireless data, and emergency broadcasting. They are built to meet the needs of the industry, ensuring that “line of sight” communication signals are not blocked by trees, topography, or buildings, while minimizing development costs. Therefore, towers can be some of the tallest human-made structures on the landscape.
Steel grades used for communication towers:
Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 50
Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36
Fasteners used for telecommunication tower :
Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394
Hot dip galvanization: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123
The welding :AWS D1.1 or CWB standard
If the thickness of the material not less than 5mm,The min average thickness of the zinc of
steel tower is more than 86um.
